Temperature-Stable-Transportation

The Transportation of blood products with a stable temperature is a special challenge due to different outside temperatures (summer/winter).

It is therefore necessary to choose a proven and special packaging which resist against the different temperature from outside and guarantees the needed product-temperature over longer times.

With products from DELTA-T, a specialist for temperature stable transportation, we can offer different possibilities for that kind of logistics, even for unusual temperatures.


Temp Shells:

Modular medical elements for -30°C, -18°C, 4°C, 22°C and 37°C. For the transportation and storage of samples, blood products, homograft’s, cell cultures, stem-cells, anti-bodies, proteins and temperature sensitive medications.


Measurements of one pair TempShells:

- Outer: 270 x 155 x 65 mm
- Inner: 210 x 110 x 30 mm
- Weight: 1,2 to 1,5 kg (differs of Typ)

 


Cooling Elements:

Different dimensions of cooling elements, which are filled with high energy fluids that keep temperature form -30 to 37°C, are offered. The standard cooling elements are none-toxic and suitable for transporting food and medications.

Transport containers:

BlueLine - Insulated Foam Boxes

BlueLine Boxes are machine washable insulated transport containers, tailor-made for multiple uses at any temperature that have to be kept for up to 48h transport time.


The BlueLine Boxes are available with 10L, 20L and 30L.

 

Isolated Bags

This is a cost efficient solution for shortterm transportation. The SilverBag/MiniBox series is made of robust nylon and insulation material. The bags are designed as insulation for the TempShells. The elements fit exactly in the bag and no space is wasted.

The SilverBag/MiniBox Series are available with 3L, 10L, 16L und 30L.

 

Foam Boxes

These boxes consist of latest technology Styrofoam or Neopor. Foam boxes can be used for one way or multiple shipments. Validation data for many applications for all temperature ranges are available. Ask us, if you need a different size.


MonoTriple Box

This re-usable Neopor box can be used to transport blood bags, test tubes or other products inside 4 pair of TempShells or TempFrames. Protective outer packaging is available when Products need to be sent by post.
